My Opinion: Google Buys TiVo

TiVo organizes television content. Google likes to organize content.

Perfect marriage.

I also think Google is waiting for TiVo to do a whole load more of content and licensing deals as its own entity. Then Google swoops in. They would do less deals if they were owned by the big scary one.
